PROJECT DETAILS

Penn Trails was contracted for a five-year period with the Department of Recreation & Parks of Howard County to provide trails and shared use paths assessments, planning, design, project and construction management services for all the County’s public lands, including parks and open spaces. This included the management and rehabilitation of more than 70 miles of existing trails inventory, as well as construction of new trails and related assets.
